BAM Investment Fund Donation Notice

While Youth With A Mission Colorado Springs seeks to recover the full amount loaned from the BAM Investment Fund to the BAM initiative it is funding, we cannot guarantee all loans will be repaid. The reasons could include, but are not limited to:

• Economic or political situation in the country where the BAM initiative is taking place that would prevent the business from continuing.

• Business failure.

• The BAM Practitioner having to leave the business for family reasons or for moral failure.

• The Loan Officer determines, with the approval of the YWAM COS Director, that it is in the best interest to forgive a portion of the loan. This may be done in an attempt to ensure the long-term success of the BAM Initiative. See Deuteronomy 15:1-2

• In almost all cases, if the BAM initiative refused to repay a portion of the loan, there is no legal recourse to recover these funds. Every effort will be made, if the person has remained within YWAM, to work with their ministry leader to hold them accountable for the debt within the limitations of the signed loan agreement.
